Our function room ‘The Ashfield Suite’ is perfect for events of all sizes: whether it is a large-scale family celebration, a business event or an intimate gathering. The suite can hold up to 120 guests. Plus an outdoor balcony/sun terrace which is exclusive for private functions which is a beautiful addition to the function suite.
Unlike many of the function rooms in our area, The Ashfield suite, was from the outset part of our half a million pound refurbishment plan and was designed to be a self contained function facility. No expensive was spared in its creation and we can truly call this a venue for all occasions.

The Ashfield can provide a basic day delegate rate or you can arrange your own catering.
The Ashfield Suite is located on the first floor, Supported by a 5 persons 400kg lift and a Victorian Staircase with 2 flights which brings you directly into the function suite.
We do have baby changing facilities, however these are situated on the ground floor.
As we specialise in self catering events we have a fully fitted kitchen for the sole use of the event planners. The kitchen is of a high specification and is located behind the bar. It can be used for simple food preparation or fully cooked meals. We do not arrange catering, however we have a list of recommended suppliers.
Please note: You may source your own but a disclaimer will need to be signed by yourself if you provide the food and/or your caterer for any food they bring on to the premises.
